Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Client : Aveanna Healthcare

Job Location : Tulsa and Surrounding Areas

Job Type : Full time, Part Time and flexible shifts.

Rate : $24-$26 / hr

Qualifications :

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN / LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
• Must have at least 6 months of hands on nursing experience
