Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Web Front-End Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and high-performing web solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating design research and mockups into functional, user-friendly websites and web applications while ensuring performance, accessibility, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications based on design research, wireframes, and mockups
• Build fast-loading, standards-compliant, and responsive front-end layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Develop new websites and enhance existing sites through content maintenance and functional updates
• Own the site concept, interface design, and technical architecture, including dynamic interactions such as expandable content areas and menus
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to collaborate with market managers and business partners
• Build production-ready prototypes using approved UX design patterns and wireframes
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and standards-based HTML/CSS
• Maintain alignment with brand guidelines while meeting end-user needs
• Research, evaluate, and apply emerging web technologies where appropriate
• Perform thorough testing using in-house standards, including validation of third-party/vendor code
• Follow coding best practices for SEO, performance, security, and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience in responsive front-end web development
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • AJAX, Node.js
  • Bootstrap, jQuery
  • DOM manipulation
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
• Knowledge of accessible web development standards (W3C WAI, Section 508)
• Strong understanding of SEO-friendly coding practices
• Proven attention to detail with a focus on high-quality, secure code
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with React or AngularJS
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
• Familiarity with modern UX/UI best practices and design systems
