Job Description :

Pay Range : $19.40hr - $24.40hr

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area that reflects the company’s brand and values.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring they are handled promptly and directed to the appropriate parties.
• Coordinate with office vendors and service providers to support efficient day-to-day operations.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment and overall workplace experience.
