Responsibilities
- Client Engagement : Proactively engage with potential and existing clients, addressing their unique insurance needs.
- Bilingual Communication : Utilize language skills to effectively communicate with clients in both English and Spanish.
- Policy Recommendations : Analyze client information to recommend suitable insurance products that align with their requirements and budgets.
- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed defined sales goals and objectives through strategic planning and client relationship management.
- Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about industry trends and product changes to ensure the best possible advice to clients.
Requirements
Property & Casualty Licensed is preferred. Must be willing to obtain 440 or 220 insurance license.Bilingual : Verbal and written proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.At least 1-2 years of tenure in recent positions, showing reliability and commitment.Previous insurance sales experience or similar role is preferred, not required..Adaptability : Flexible and open to learning new processes and systems.Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively in a non-remote team setting.Basic computer skills and other technology tools.
