We are looking for skilled and dedicated Cooks to join our kitchen team. Whether you specialize in the line, saut, grill, or fry station, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals and unforgettable dining experiences. What Youll Do :

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and follow standardized recipes to maintain quality and consistency
  • Cook and plate dishes according to restaurant standards and ticket times
  • Use proper portioning techniques and ensure food safety compliance at all times
  • Keep your station clean and organized, following sanitation and health guidelines
  • Work as part of a cohesive kitchen team, communicating effectively with fellow cooks and servers
  • Maintain a sense of urgency while handling multiple orders in a fast-paced environment

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant setting is preferred, but were willing to train passionate individuals
  • Ability to read and follow recipes with precision
  • Strong multitasking skills and a focus on efficiency
  • A team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality food
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
  • Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures.
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment.

  • Previous Kitchen Experience

Located in West El Paso, we offer indoor and outdoor dining, two full-service bars, and intimate private seating options to suit any occasion. Reservations are not required but are strongly encouraged to ensure the best possible experience. Guests who choose to sit inside must follow our business casual dress code, in order to ensure a suitable experience for all of our guests. Guests who would like to wear hats, shorts or sandals will be asked to sit in our patio area.
