Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Job Summary Join a premier neonatal team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in the vibrant suburbs of Las Vegas, where you'll provide advanced care across four Level-III NICUs equipped with leading-edge technology. Be part of a collaborative, supportive environment that values professional growth and compassionate care while enjoying a family-friendly lifestyle, outdoor adventures, and the dynamic energy of a growing community. Key Responsibilities Deliver hands-on care in four Level-III NICUs across the Las Vegas suburbs: Henderson Hospital (32-bed NICU) Centennial Hills Hospital (28-bed NICU) Spring Valley Hospital (28-bed NICU) Summerlin Hospital (52-bed NICU) Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions and over 10,000 births annually Provide advanced neonatal interventions, including: High-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillator) Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy Total body cooling for HIE Participate in the neonatal transport program and coordinate emergency stabilization and care Collaborate with 16 neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive care Rotate through multiple sites and shifts, contributing to 24/7 neonatal care coverage Engage in continuous quality improvement, mentorship, and ongoing professional development Support families through the NICU journey in a compassionate, communicative manner Required Qualifications Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine NV license (or willingness to obtain) Clean Malpractice/License History Copy of most recent NPDB Report (within 30 to 60 days active) Most recent NPDB Self QueryReport (within 30 days active) DEA (must be obtained prior to start) CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start) Preferred Qualifications Clean Malpractice/License History Skills & Competencies Advanced neonatal care skills Proficiency in high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and total body cooling for HIE Strong collaboration and communication skills Commitment to continuous quality improvement Compassionate and supportive approach to patient and family care Shift Details Varied Rotating shifts across multiple NICUs, including days, nights, and weekends.
