We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Lead to join our team in Lewisville, TX. The Production Lead will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor production staff.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in production management is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
