We are partnering with a well regarded outpatient clinic focused on consistent patient care, clear communication, and efficient team based workflows. WHAT YOU’LL DO : Prepare exam and treatment rooms and ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and ready Support physicians and advanced practice providers during exams, treatments, and testing Room patients, gather histories, record vital signs, and document care accurately in the chart Observe and report patient status and responses to medications and treatments to the provider Document test results, phone calls, and patient education in line with nursing and clinic standards Order medications as prescribed by the provider and support follow up care and education Triage and route calls, maintain timely patient flow, and protect patient confidentiality Contribute to a safe and organized clinic environment and participate in staff meetings and training REQUIREMENTS : Graduate of an accredited CMA, LPN, or RN program Active Alaska LPN or RN license or current CMA credential Current CPR required; ACLS preferred Experience in an outpatient clinic or primary care setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills BENEFITS : Medical, dental, vision Colonial Life elective benefits Life insurance Profit sharing K HSA and FSA Employee assistance program and wellness program PTO starting at up to 5.84 hours per pay period with increases based on tenure Eight paid holidays per year
