Security Officer - Unarmed Driving Role

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Driving Role in . , CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an unarmed officer at this location, you will be responsible for conducting routine rounds, monitoring assigned areas, and maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, so you will be operating a vehicle while on duty. You will also provide exceptional customer service and communication, representing Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and integrity as you support a secure environment for all.

Position Type : Full Time

Pay Rate : $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeWed03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Thur03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Sat12 : 30 PM - 09 : 30 PM

Sun06 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
