A regional General Contractor specializing in office, retail, and commercial renovation projects across the Quad Cities.

Position Summary:
The Field Foreman leads on-site trades, oversees subcontractor performance, and maintains daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct crews and subcontractors
• Oversee quality, schedule, and site logistics
• Read plans and coordinate tasks with the Superintendent
• Maintain daily logs and progress records

Qualifications:

• 5+ years commercial field experience
• Strong leadership and trade knowledge
