Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects, with a focus on application development or ERP / CRM implementations (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
  • Lead projects using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery within defined constraints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and senior leadership, to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Utilize Jira and / or Azure DevOps to track project progress, manage tasks, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and escalate as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and Agile practices.
  • Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are integrated into project workflows.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, including project dashboards and executive summaries.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience :

  • 7+ years of project management experience in IT, with at least 3 years focused on application development or ERP / CRM implementations.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and / or Azure DevOps for project tracking and management.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Familiarity with ERP / CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or custom application development.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Other Requirements :

  • Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with additional project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
