Our client is seeking a Hospitalist MD for a swing shift position with a hospital group based in Baltimore, Maryland. The role involves delivering high-quality inpatient care, assisting with admissions, and ensuring smooth transitions during shift changes. The provider will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and maintain continuity of care. A competitive salary and performance-based bonuses are offered. Job Description :

Compensation : $240000 - $245000 Job ID : 36684

Job Function :

Provide hospitalist care during the swing shift.

Round on assigned patients and assist with admissions and discharges.

Work within a closed ICU setting.

Manage a daily census of approximately 16 patients.

Collaborate closely with hospitalist physicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Job Requirements :

Internal Medicine training required.

Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Maryland.
