We are currently seeking a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Cardiac / Telemetry unit for full-time night shifts. This role plays a critical part in providing timely and accurate nursing care.

Position Responsibilities :

• Support, implement, and monitor nursing care effectively.
• Collect comprehensive patient data, maintaining clear communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Revise patient care plans based on individual needs and ensure nursing diagnoses and interventions meet established standards.
• Assist with patient education, discharge planning, and follow-up care.
• Function independently in administering treatments and utilizing equipment, adhering closely to policies and procedures.
• Conduct ongoing patient monitoring, reporting any changes in condition, and adjusting care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Ensure a healing environment for patients and their families.
• Facilitate professional development and maintain communication with colleagues.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the work area.

Requirements :

Physical demands include effective communication, prolonged standing and lifting, and the ability to assist in the safe transfer of patients.
