  • Wed-Thurs, full day procedures only
  • Fri, half or full day procedures only

    • Call Schedule : 1 per week; No weekends

    Call Type : Beeper

    Call Response Time : 30 mins

    Phone Consults : 0-2

    Patient Volume : 15

    No. of Procedures : Ave. of 12-14 per day

    Admission : 0-1

    Rounding Included : Yes

    Support Staff : 1 RN, 1 APP, 2 MAs & 1 Office Staff

    Required Procedures :

  • Colonoscopy & EGD
  • Upper GI endoscopy (with biopsy, with foreign body removal, with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser), With injection of varices)
  • Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy
  • Colonoscopy (w / biopsy & w / excision of polyp)

    • Beds in the Dept : 5

    Trauma Level : III

    EMR : Epic

    Temporary Privileges available : Yes

    Hospital Privileges required : Yes

    Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
