Job Summary :

• Responsible for the maternity unit and all sub-units.
• Coordinates activities related to labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and the baby nursery.
• May also be responsible for community outreach programs through education and women's health initiatives.
• Operates within a set budget and in accordance with organizational performance standards.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
