Patient Care Coordinator - Front Desk Lead at True North Wellness

Full-Time | up to $26/hr | Holistic Wellness Clinic

We are a patient-centered, holistic chiropractic clinic seeking a highly capable Care Coordinator / Front Office Lead to be the backbone of our practice. This is a big, important role—ideal for someone who is organized, confident, compassionate, and aligned with integrative / alternative healthcare.

You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in keeping both the clinical flow and patient experience running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Warmly checking patients in and out

Verifying and explaining insurance benefits, managing prior authorizations.

Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing inquiries

Collecting payments and maintaining accurate records

Coordinating patient care plans, follow-ups, and educating patients on available services

Supporting the doctor and team with daily clinic operations

Ideal candidate:

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable with insurance verification and financial conversations

Strong communication and customer service skills

Computer savvy; able to learn new software platforms efficiently and manage multiple programs simultaneously

Interested in holistic, alternative, and wellness-based care

Previous chiropractic or medical office experience is highly preferred, but not required for the right person

Position details & compensation:

Full-time position

$26/hour (probationary wage applies)
