As an RN, you'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, focusing on safety, therapeutic care, and maintaining established standards. You will engage with patients and families throughout the care continuum, using evidence-based practices, clinical decision-making, and effective communication skills to ensure a positive patient experience.
Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state where you practice, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Degrees :
Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
Required Functional Experience :
Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Demonstrates the ability to provide holistic patient care, recognize situational changes, and respond confidently and timely. Proficient in computer skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with patients, team members, and physicians. Must be able to take initiative, collaborate effectively, and make critical decisions while managing time and resources efficiently. Participate in quality improvements and support a patient-centered care approach.
