Schulte Staffing is looking for an efficient Cable Assembler to add to our clients' team in the North Shore area!

Hours & Pay Rate :

  • Monday - Friday
  • 1stshift, 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm
  • $20.00 - $23.00 / hr DOE

Summary of Essential Functions / Responsibilities :

  • Build cable assemblies to print, drawings manufacturing work instructions and ECNs
  • Measure & cut wire, cable, inner & outer jackets to required length
  • Perform wire termination and crimp terminals both manually and by machine
  • Solder terminals and plugs
  • Repair rejected product

    • Required Skills / Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of related work experience desired
  • Ability to interpret detailed specifications
  • Must have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to use basic math skills
  • Must have cable soldering experience
  • Familiar with tools such as micrometers, calipers and wire strippers
