Project Accounting Biller

A company is looking for a Project Accounting Assistant - Biller.

Key Responsibilities

Add / update project activity in Deltek Vision and prepare invoice packages for approval

Review sub-consultant invoices for accuracy and maintain project billing files

Support project budgeting, forecasting, and assist in accounts receivable reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance preferred or 1-2+ years of related experience

Strong background in collections is required

Experience in the Architecture / Engineering / Construction industry is highly desired

Proficient Excel skills are required

Knowledge of Deltek Vision software is a plus
