Billing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Invoice preparation for approximately 1, clients
• Respond to billing inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
• Manage customer accounts, including, but not limited to collections, write-offs and unbilled balances
• Develop an understanding of the business, the client base, the fee structure and the deliverables as these impact billing, cash receipts, revenue, financial and managerial reporting
