Conduct advance security planning, including route assessments, site surveys, and risk evaluations to ensure safe and efficient client movements. Monitor and control access to residences, vehicles, and event venues, verifying identities and maintaining strict confidentiality in all interactions. Provide secure transportation support by ensuring vehicle readiness, route security, and contingency planning for potential threats or disruptions. Respond rapidly and decisively to security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity, prioritizing client safety with minimal disruption to their schedule or lifestyle. Maintain constant situational awareness through observation, surveillance systems, and real-time communication with security team members. Document relevant security activities and incidents with accuracy and discretion, preserving records for operational planning and legal compliance. Coordinate seamlessly with household staff, corporate teams, and law enforcement to support the client’s daily routines and special engagements without intrusion.
