• Supervising and coordinating the work of employees who are within the program
• Ensuring overall quality and productivity are maintained within the program
• Identifying and resolving operational issues
• Preparing work schedules, assigning work, and overseeing the work product
• Providing assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex technical or customer requirements
• Monitoring and controlling work in progress for technical adequacy

• 10+ years of experience leading production efforts
• 3+ years of experience with the production of communication systems, networks, or technologies
• Master's degree in engineering or engineering discipline, Computer Science or IT discipline, or other technical discipline
• Direct experience manufacturing products IAW cost, schedule, quality, and quantity specifications.
• Demonstrated experience with quality control
• Excellent problem solving and planning skills
• Direct experience creating schedules, assigning work, and overseeing projects
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Possess a current DoD Top Secret clearance

• 10+ years of experience leading production efforts for DoD projects and/or programs
• Direct experience with NAWCAD WOLF production efforts
• 10+ years of experience with the production of communication systems, networks, or technologies
