Envision Physician Services is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chief Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join and lead our dynamic anesthesia care team at Broward Health North , a Level II Trauma Center located in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, Florida .

As Chief CRNA, you will play a vital role in clinical leadership, operations, and collaboration across our anesthesia department. We are looking for a strong clinician who thrives in a high-acuity setting and is passionate about team development, quality outcomes, and operational excellence.

Position Highlights :

• Leadership Role : Oversee and support a collaborative team of CRNAs alongside the Anesthesia Medical Director
• Schedule : Full-time position with annual leadership stipend
• Case Mix : Diverse and engaging—Trauma, General, Ortho, Neuro, and more (no hearts or transplants)
• Support : Excellent support from Envision operations and a dedicated Practice Manager
• Clinical Environment : Level II Trauma Center with a strong commitment to quality and safety
• Technology & Tools : Access to QGenda scheduling, Kronos timekeeping, and administrative support
