Part Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client is currently seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team in Arlington, TX. In this role, the Collections Representative will be responsible for contacting customers with past due accounts to arrange payments and resolve outstanding balances. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach, as they will be expected to handle sensitive financial matters professionally and efficiently. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records by entering and updating customer information in the system. Requirements:

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience
• 1+ years of Collections experience is preferred
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10:00 AM-4:30 PM

Compensation: $17.00/hour
