A company is looking for a Director of Channel Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Align partner ecosystem strategy with overall Go-to-Market objectives and manage the partner lifecycle processes
Oversee partner technology roadmap and ensure data strategy accuracy and compliance
Design incentive models and develop analytics for partner performance and ecosystem ROI
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 10 years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Management, or a related Operations role
At least 7 years of experience with B2B partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
12+ years of experience in strategic planning and process design preferred
Familiarity with compliance and governance in sales partner ecosystems preferred
