Mike has been selling insurance since 1993 and with State Farm since 2007, and together weve built an office that can serve customers in English, Spanish, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Utilize a needs-based approach to educate customers about various insurance options, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  • Proactively generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to offer tailored products and services.
  • Contribute to our vibrant team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing best practices for success.

    Requirements :

  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

  • Able to learn computer functions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
