Center Manager

About This Opportunity

Join a leading ABA therapy center dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care for children with autism. As Center Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every family receives exceptional support.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Develop : Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team
  • Optimize Operations : Manage scheduling, budgeting, and continuous process improvements
  • Family Champion : Serve as the primary liaison, ensuring caregivers feel valued and supported
  • Drive Growth : Oversee financial performance and identify community expansion opportunities
  • Safeguard Compliance : Maintain HIPAA and all state / federal regulations

Who You Are

  • Required : High school diploma (or equivalent) + 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Driven by a passion for making a real difference in children’s lives
  • Preferred : ABA therapy background, budget management experience, bachelor’s degree

    • What We Offer

  • $58,000+ base salary + quarterly bonus potential
  • 28 days off : 20 PTO, 7 holidays, 1 flex day, 2 professional-development days
