Sales Manager

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the migration and expansion of its existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Create and implement sales strategies for migrating customers to PDQ Connect

Hire, coach, and develop a team of Migration Account Executives

Establish processes and accountability across the migration funnel

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership with a focus on expansion or platform migration

2+ years of experience in a Manager or Team Lead role

Strong command of pipeline management and CRM discipline, preferably Salesforce

Experience selling to IT or IT Security personas is highly preferred

Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across various teams
