Personnel Plus, Inc. is NOW HIRING Weapons Retention Systems Assembler!

  • Monday- Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
  • Full-time!
  • $17.00 p / h to start!
  • Temp-to-hire with a great local company!

Duties :

  • Assemble components and finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
  • Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to quality standards
  • Learn the full production process-from fabrication to final assembly
  • Operate small hand / power tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with all safety guidelines
  • Show respect for the law enforcement, security, and military clients the company serves
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and fine motor skills
  • Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of component fit and function
  • Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
  • Must be drug-free
  • No felony convictions for violent crimes
