Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : Home Health Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Hours per Shift : 8 hours (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Experience : Minimum 1 year in skilled home health care License : Valid nursing license required Certifications : BLS required Must-Have : 1 year experience in skilled home health care including wound care and teaching Ability to see 6 patients per day Experience with pain assessment and management Experience with vital sign monitoring Familiarity with wound care and patient education Description : The Registered Nurse will provide care in a home health setting. Candidates must have experience with wound care and patient teaching. The RN will assess and manage pain for patients. Communication of patient status changes to the healthcare team is essential. Monitoring vital signs will be a regular part of the position. The nurse will assist with medication management and answer pharmacy refill requests. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Candidates must be able to work independently and manage a patient load efficiently.
