Boarding Paralegal

A company is looking for a Boarding Paralegal responsible for managing the initial stages of foreclosure and bankruptcy cases.

Key Responsibilities :

Create and establish new case files, ensuring proper organization of associated documents

Review loan documents for completeness and determine if additional documents are needed

Input client and case information into the case management system, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree

Minimum of 2 years of experience in default services, with a focus on foreclosure and bankruptcy preferred

Proficiency in CaseAware and familiarity with BKFS / Tempo is desirable

Exceptional organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
