Compensation :

$125,000 - $285,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct property showings and provide clients with detailed information about listings.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients.
  • Stay informed on market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate advice.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and marketing tools to enhance client engagement.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to refine your skills and knowledge base.

    • Qualifications :

  • Real Estate License.
  • Experience in sales or customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends and property values, or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in using technology and marketing tools to enhance client engagement and streamline processes.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, including participation in training and mentorship programs.
