We're expanding our Talent Acquisition team and seeking a dynamic Recruiter who excels at connecting with early-career talent and thrives in a high-volume, relationship-driven environment.

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for Brightway’s Engagement Center and College Development Program teams. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and early-career positions, coordinate campus engagement efforts, attend career fairs, and build strong pipelines of future talent.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruiting, university partnerships, and shaping the early careers of emerging professionals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career services offices, professors, and student organizations.
• Attend on-campus and virtual career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and classroom presentations.
• Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies that elevate Brightway’s brand among college students and recent graduates.
• Manage new-grad hiring processes, including offer coordination and program onboarding.
• Screen, interview, and recommend top candidates while delivering a high-touch recruiter experience.
