A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Strategically guide customers to maximize adoption of the platform, aligning it with their sales and performance goals
Lead onboarding and expansion projects, coordinating across stakeholders for clarity and accountability
Serve as the primary voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and feedback internally
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, focusing on enterprise accounts
Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption, health, and retention at scale
Strong project management and consultative skills
Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales automation tools
Knowledge of sales processes such as pipeline and forecasting is a plus
