Job Title : CNC Programmer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with a strong background in CNC programming and problem-solving to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing programs for various CNC machines to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize programs for various CNC machines.
• Set up and run CNC and Screw Machines.
• Read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions.
• Operate multiple and varying CNC machines simultaneously, including Swiss Turn machines.
• Operate manual machine tools to cut, drill, shape, and finish quality products independently.
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using instruments such as micrometers, calipers, pin gauge, and countersink.
• Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points on materials or work-pieces as guides for subsequent machining.
• Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut.
• Input or edit computerized machine control media according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Set up tooling and production stock using a wide variety of conventional and CNC machining equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Elsinore, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $45.00 / hr.
