Workforce Control I (Temporary)

Description & Requirements

Maximus is hiring a Temporary Workforce Control I clerk.

This role will be responsible to monitor call volume and staffing data to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality & performance standards under the FSA Department of Education portfolio.

This is a Limited Service position.

This position is temporary with an expected date of 3 / 31 / 2026.

This role is for closing shift :

Weekdays - 1 : 30 PM to 10 : 00 PM

Saturdays - 8 AM - 6 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.
• Monitor call volume and staffing data to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards.
• Research inquiries using various tools, databases, written materials, and the web to provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries.
