Contract Call Center Service Representative

We have an outstanding contract position for a Call Center Service Representative to join a leading company located in Houston, TX. Work location 100% Onsite. Hourly Pay Rate : $15.00.

Job Responsibilities :

• Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).
• Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
• Perform returned materials process, including initiation, receipt, expediting, and closing RMAs.
• Use of the Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty, and report generation.
• Receive product orders and process for shipment.
• Provide international customer service at times, and in such events, work a flexible schedule.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
• Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
