Job Description
The IT Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of technology projects by managing administrative and coordination tasks across the project lifecycle. This role ensures smooth communication between stakeholders, timely completion of deliverables, and adherence to project governance standards Project Coordination and Administrative Support : Assist the project management team and operational managers in planning, executing, and monitoring of project activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
Track project milestones, timelines, and budgets, reporting progress and identifying potential risks or issues.
Assist in resource management, ensuring the availability and allocation of personnel and equipment for project activities. Quality Assurance and Compliance :
Support quality assurance activities, including documentation reviews and audits.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining project-related data and documentation in accordance with established standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
5 years minimum experience in project coordination, or similar role
Proficient in project management tools, such as Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Project or similar software.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Enthusiasm in working for software projects and a commitment to delivering high-quality project outcomes.
