Sourcing Manager

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager in Health Care.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies for equipment, supplies, and services

Conduct market research and analyze trends in commodity markets and Vitalant spend

Negotiate contracts and manage the RFP process while maintaining relationships with strategic vendors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Master's degree preferred

CPM or CPSM certification preferred

Five years of related experience required, with three years in sourcing and procurement

Experience in healthcare supply chain management preferred

Proficiency in Workday, specifically the Strategic Sourcing Module, required
