Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Greensboro, NC. As a Data Entry Clerk at Omnia US, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data records. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

  • Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems
  • Verifying data accuracy and identifying discrepancies
  • Generating reports and assisting with data analysis as needed
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and quality

Responsibilities :

  • Accurately inputting data from various sources into our database systems
  • Performing regular data quality checks and corrections
  • Assisting with the organization and maintenance of data files
  • Following data entry procedures and protocols to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicating effectively with team members to coordinate data-related tasks

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
