Global Marketing Manager
The Global Marketing Manager at ANGI Energy, a Vontier company, plays a key role in driving profitable growth for the Alternative Fuels product lines (CNG, RNG, Hydrogen). This hands-on position develops and executes strategic marketing plans that enhance brand awareness and generate quality leads. Success requires strong collaboration with commercial and aftermarket teams, deep customer insight, and expertise in digital marketing and data analysis to identify new sales opportunities. The role reports to the Global Head of Marketing Alternative Fuels and offers full-time remote work with opportunities for domestic and international travel.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation :
- Devise, plan and implement an omnichannel digital and account-based marketing strategy aimed at generating quality leads that support business priorities.
- Work with internal stakeholders to segment customer / prospect data to develop targeted value propositions.
- Successfully execute new product launches.
- Collaborate with Vontier's marketing Centers of Excellence and / or external agencies to brief and manage campaign and content requirements.
- Support business development activities by conducting regular industry research to identify new prospects and opportunities ('whitespace').
- Partner with the Commercial team to strategize and execute on targeted campaigns to drive sales linearity and support bookings and revenue targets.
Lead Management :
Manage the end-to-end lead management and automation process in the Sales and Marketing CRMs.Maintain lists for outbound marketing, ensuring compliance with relevant local data privacy regulations.Build custom reports tracking lead status through the sales funnel.Report on the efficacy / ROI of all marketing activities in relation to defined KPIs and strategic business priorities.Digital Marketing :
Lead omni-channel digital and account-based marketing strategies, identifying relevant paid, owned and earned promotional opportunities to increase online visibility.Build and implement an engaging social media strategy.Engage with trade media, associations and directories to identify and negotiate relevant advertising opportunities.Work with the Vontier Centers of Excellence and / or external agencies to develop compelling content to drive conversions across digital platforms.Collaborate with the Vontier Digital Marketing team to ensure global websites are kept up-to-date and optimized for SEO.Track digital campaign and website performance, implementing optimization tactics to drive increased traffic and conversion rates.Sales Enablement :
Manage the creation and maintenance of sales tools (brochures, presentations, quoting tools, videos, etc.), leveraging Vontier's Creative Studio and / or outside agencies.Conduct regular industry and competitor research to ensure sales tools remain current and relevant (i.e. industry and regulatory landscape).Work with Engineering / Product teams to ensure materials are kept up-to-date with the latest technical and regulatory information.Coordinate translation of marketing materials into requisite languages.Exhibitions & Events :
Support ANGI Energy's yearly exhibition plan across North America and Europe.Collaborate closely with Vontier and other Vontier companies on shared exhibition initiatives.Assist with coordinating and promoting live and virtual speaking opportunities (e.g. panel discussions, webinars, conference talks).Manage event leads, devising and implementing post-event nurturing campaigns.Brand :
Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring ANGI and Vontier brand guidelines are followed across all platforms.Support PR and content marketing strategies aimed at driving thought leadership and building brand awareness.Collaborate with Vontier and other fleet-facing Vontier companies to support the articulation of Vontier's narrative to the Fleet segment.Internal Communications :
Collaborate with internal communications lead(s) at ANGI to ensure internal visibility of marketing and commercial activities.Qualifications
Essential :
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience running annual marketing plans and budgets.Digitally savvy - able to ideate, develop, launch and track effective omnichannel digital marketing campaigns.A good eye for creative and knack for developing effective campaign briefs.CRM and marketing automation software skills (Salesforce marketing cloud preferred).Experience partnering with sales teams to develop compelling value propositions and sales tools.Experience working closely with product / engineering teams to translate complex data in digestible formats.Solid project and time management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple and competing priorities across diverse groups of stakeholders.Willingness to travel (domestic and overseas, estimated 15-20% of role).Preferable :
In-depth (8+) relevant industry experience (e.g. industrial manufacturing, cleantech, automotive).Experience working in a matrix and / or multi-market environment. Experience in North America and / or Europe advantageous.Experience working within Sales & Marketing organizations with multiple channels of distribution.Event management skills.Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite).Outcomes and Deliverables

Frequent use of computer, phone, and other office equipment. Ability to participate in virtual meetings and presentations for extended periods. Occasional travel (domestic and international) requiring air travel, ground transportation, and navigating airports and conference venues (estimated 1520% of time). Ability to attend and support exhibitions, conferences, and events, which may involve standing, walking, and setting up or managing event materials. Handling and transporting marketing materials, samples, or sales tools during events (light lifting, carrying up to 15-20lbs). Coordinating event logistics which may require moderate physical activity such as walking, standing, and occasional lifting or arranging displays. Ability to remain focused on detailed digital work, including data analysis and content creation, requiring fine motor skills and visual acuity. Ability to work flexible hours occasionally to accommodate global time zones and meetings / events.

Compensation
The base compensation range for this position is $85,000 to $120,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity. For this specific role, you may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
