What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Identify, qualify, and close collaboration technology opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Generate and manage your own sales pipeline while partnering with Client Managers and pre‑sales architects
  • Conduct client workshops and presentations to articulate solution value and secure deals
  • Lead the development of AV system designs, including drawings, BOMs, SOWs, and cost proposals
  • Ensure successful handover to installation and support teams through thorough documentation and standardization

What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales and financial goals
  • Advanced ability to build meaningful client relationships and influence decision‑makers
  • Strong presentation and communication skills across technical and executive audiences
  • Deep understanding of AV systems, conferencing platforms, and network architecture
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Exceptional problem‑solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to urgent deadlines
  • Experience conducting site visits to assess conditions and incorporate findings into system designs
