Key Responsibilities :
- Perform full-body waxing services using proper techniques and hygienic practices.
- Shape and style eyebrows with precision, based on client preference and facial structure.
- Offer brow enhancements including brow lamination and tinting.
- Conduct client consultations to ensure satisfaction and comfort.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Recommend appropriate aftercare and retail products to support client results.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Uphold the spa’s standards of excellence, professionalism, and guest service.
