As a licensed professional, you will deliver exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and assisting Fidelity's valued clients with a variety of needs, such as trade requests and money movement among others.

As a new CRA, you will immerse yourself in the financial services industry, apply new concepts, develop critical skills, and pursue exciting goals through three key milestones :
During your initial months, you will prepare for your FINRA licenses (SIE®, Series 7, and 63), fully sponsored by Fidelity. Enjoy paid study time and access to essential resources like coaching and workshops. We are committed to supporting you throughout this journey!
As you progress, you will manage increasingly complex customer inquiries while engaging with your team weekly and connecting with leadership to expand your professional network.
As your confidence grows, you will explore various career paths within the company through job shadowing and our dedicated career center.

This position typically requires a hybrid work model, which involves working onsite every other week at a Fidelity office, Monday through Friday. Please note that Fidelity's operations must comply with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, and relevant state laws, so certain criminal histories may restrict hiring for this position.
