Senior Purchasing Coordinator

A company is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator, primarily working from home.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure suppliers receive all POs, complete orders, and close out POs

Maintain accurate ETAs and order quantities for branch and vendor purchase orders

Monitor and correct past due vendor invoices to ensure purchase order accuracy

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 2 years of experience preparing / processing requisitions and purchase orders

Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages

Ability to apply basic algebra and statistics concepts in SAP
