Successor in Interest Specialist

A company is looking for a Successor in Interest Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Review and respond to inquiries from borrowers, attorneys, and authorized third parties

Perform factual analyses of loan information and identify necessary documentation for requests

Collaborate with the Loss Mitigation Department to review potential Successor in Interest applications

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred

Minimum of two (2) years related mortgage servicing experience required

Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of relevant industry-specific software packages preferred
