Job Description :

We are looking for a Design Engineer to support the design, analysis, and development of aerospace systems and components, from initial concept through production. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical or aerospace engineering, is proficient with SolidWorks and analysis software and can collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Development : Create 3D models and detailed drawings of aerospace systems using CAD tools (SolidWorks).

Analysis & Simulation : Conduct technical analyses, trade studies, and cost-performance evaluations to guide design decisions.

Testing & Prototyping : Lead prototype development and testing; analyze results to refine designs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with manufacturing, QA, and project teams to ensure compliance and production readiness.

Documentation : Maintain thorough technical records, including specifications, reports, and drawings.

Problem-Solving : Diagnose and resolve design issues; improve mechanical processes.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to FAA, ISO9001, AS9100, and other standards.

Continuous Improvement : Stay current with aerospace innovations to enhance design and performance.
