Summary : Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an organized and dynamic Regional Beverage Manager to join our beverage team. This role requires the ability to work with diverse personalities and skill levels while training and developing managers and bar staff. The position involves frequent travel and oversight of beverage operations across multiple locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Training & Development

• Conduct bartender training and development programs.
• Provide coaching, leadership training, and performance evaluations for managers.
• Lead structured training sessions for field managers to refine skills and ensure service consistency.

Operational Oversight

Beverage Program & Revenue Growth

Vendor & System Management
