Join our Med Surg team, providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population. You will work alongside Aurora Physicians across various specialties to ensure safe and effective treatment. Your responsibilities will include :

Assessing patient needs and establishing individualized care plans

Facilitating discharge planning and educating patients

Promoting a culture focused on safety and continuous improvement

Requirements :

Must possess a Registered Nurse license from the state of practice

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required

Completion of an accredited nursing program

1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Annual educational maintenance for hospital-specific certifications
