Interventional Cardiologist Opportunity - Saginaw, Michigan Position Overview :

  • Type : Full-time, permanent
  • Specialty : Interventional Cardiology

  • Outpatient clinic visits
  • Hospital rounds and procedures
  • Location : Office across from MyMichigan Medical Center - Saginaw
  • Call Schedule :
  • 1 : 4 weekend call
  • Call is shared equally among providers
  • Support :
  • APP support
  • Resident teaching opportunities available Practice Highlights :
  • Group performs approx. 125-150 diagnostic / interventional procedures per month
  • Utilizes advanced cardiac support devices :
  • Impella
  • Balloon pumps
  • Temporary pacemakers
  • Offers EECP - only program in mid-Michigan for patients with refractory angina
  • Largest cardiac research and clinical trials program in the mid-Michigan region
  • Comprehensive clinical services with a focus on both patient care and research Candidate Requirements :
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
  • Active Michigan Medical License or eligibility to obtain
  • BLS Certification (AHA approved)
